DAY 1 – ARRIVAL & BEACH SPORTS FUN
- Arrival: Pick up from Batam Ferry Terminal (Singapore or Johor route).
- Transfer: Land transfer to Kiki Traditional Jetty and check-in for boat transfer.
- Boat Departure: Approx. 20-minute boat ride to Kiki Beach Island Resort.
- Resort Arrival: Welcome drink and resort briefing upon arrival.
- Check-in: Settle into your Glamping Villa (Sea Villa Beach View / Sea Villa Deluxe / Lagoon Villa).
- Lunch: Set Lunch at Umbrella Bistro.
- Afternoon: Enjoy free time, lagoon swimming, or a pickleball session by the beachside court.

General Policy & Validity
- Package valid until end of June 2026.
- Above rate valid for minimum 10 persons, based on 5 rooms (sharing occupancy: 2 persons per room).
- Rates apply for weekdays only; Weekend (Saturday) surcharge: IDR 150,000 per person.
- Public Holiday surcharge: IDR 650,000 per room per night.
- All Kiki Nature daily activities are subject to weather conditions.
Boat Schedule & Transfers
- Kiki provides one scheduled boat transfer per day.
- Requests for an additional boat schedule are subject to surcharge: IDR 1,500,000 (one way, max 15 pax).
Prohibition
- No outside food & beverage allowed.
- No portable stove allowed.
- No animals allowed.
- No durian allowed (hand-carry snacks are allowed).
Remarks & Cancellation
- Full payment must be completed 3 days before check-in.
- Reschedule requests must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- Reschedule is only valid for 1 month from the original check-in date.
