DAY 1 – ARRIVAL & FAMILY FUN BEGINS

Pick-up from Batam area (private land transfer to Kiki Traditional Jetty, approx. 90 minutes before scheduled boat departure).
Arrive at Kiki Traditional Jetty and proceed with boat check-in.
Boat transfer to Kiki Beach Island Resort (approx. 20 minutes).
Welcome drink and resort briefing upon arrival.
Check-in to Glamping Villa (Sea Villa Beach View / Sea Villa Deluxe / Lagoon Villa).
Afternoon at Leisure: Free time to enjoy the beach, lagoon swimming, or join complimentary activities such as Tidal Walk, Jungle Trekking, or Jetty Fishing (exclude bait).
Weekend Activity (Thursday only): Mocktail Class.
Weekend Activity (Friday only): Traditional Crab Trap.
Dinner: Seafood Set Dinner at Umbrella Bistro or Kiki Restaurant.

DAY 2 – ISLAND EXPERIENCE & FAMILY TIME

Breakfast: Daily Breakfast at Umbrella Bistro.
Morning: Sunrise Jungle Trekking or relaxed family time by the lagoon.

Afternoon at Leisure: Continue exploring the island, join complimentary Kiki Daily Activities (Night Hermit Crab Hunting, Pickleball), or utilize your IDR 500,000 resort credit for extra meals or activities.

General Policy & Validity

Package valid until 31 July 2027.
Above rate valid for minimum 4 persons in 1 room (adult / child apply same charge, max 4 persons per room).
Room provided with 1 king size bed and 2 additional extra beds.
Credit IDR 500,000 in this package applies per room / family, not per person.
All Kiki Nature Daily Activities are subject to weather conditions.
Meals or activity arrangement will be assisted by Kiki Team upon arrival.

Transport & Transfer

Land transfer is provided by private car (no sharing with other guests).
Package includes 1x pick-up and 1x drop-off anywhere within Batam area.
Transfer service is direct with no rest stop.
Driver will pick up guests 90 minutes before scheduled Kiki boat departure.
Guests may request an earlier pick-up, however boat departure remains as per schedule.

Boat Schedule

Kiki provides one scheduled boat transfer per day.
Please make sure to check Kiki boat schedule before completing your booking.
Requests for an additional boat schedule are subject to surcharge IDR 1,500,000.

Prohibition

Hand carry snacks are allowed.
No outside raw food & alcohol allowed.
No portable stove allowed.

Remarks & Cancellation

Reschedule requests must be received at least 7 days before date of arrival.
Reschedule is allowed 1 time only and valid for 1 month from the original check-in date.
