DAY 1 – ARRIVAL & FAMILY FUN BEGINS
- 11:00 AM: Pick up from Batam Ferry Terminal (Harbour Bay / Batam Centre).
- 12:00 PM: Arrive at Kiki Traditional Jetty and proceed with boat check-in.
- 01:00 PM: Boat transfer to Kiki Beach Island Resort (approx. 20 minutes).
- 01:30 PM: Welcome drink and short resort briefing upon arrival.
- Check-in: Glamping Villa (Sea Villa Beach View / Sea Villa Deluxe / Lagoon Villa).
- Afternoon at Leisure: Free time to enjoy the beach, lagoon swimming, or join complimentary activities such as Tidal Walk or Jetty Fishing (bait excluded).
- Dinner: Seafood Set Dinner at Umbrella Bistro or Kiki Restaurant.

DAY 2 – ISLAND EXPERIENCE & FAMILY TIME

General Policy & Validity
- Package valid until end of June 2026.
- Above rate valid for minimum 4 persons in 1 room (sharing occupancy).
- Up to 2 additional extra beds can be provided.
- Rates apply for weekdays only; Weekend (Saturday) surcharge: RM 43 per person.
- Public Holiday surcharge: RM 186 per room per night.
- All Kiki Nature Daily Activities are subject to weather conditions.
Transport & Transfer
- Land transfer is provided by private car (no sharing with other guests).
- Package includes 1x pick-up and 1x drop-off anywhere within the Batam area.
- Transfer service is direct with no rest stops.
- Driver will pick up guests 90 minutes before the scheduled Kiki boat departure.
- Guests may request an earlier pick-up, however, boat departure remains as per schedule.
Boat Schedule
- Kiki provides one scheduled boat transfer per day.
- Requests for an additional boat schedule are subject to surcharge: RM 429.
Prohibition
- No outside food & beverage allowed.
- No portable stove allowed.
- No animals allowed.
- No durian allowed (hand-carry snacks are allowed).
Remarks & Cancellation
- Full payment must be completed 3 days before check-in.
- Reschedule requests must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- Reschedule is only valid for 1 month from the original check-in date.
- Please note that pre-payment for this special rate is strictly non-refundable and non-callable.
