- 11:00 AM: Pick up from Batam Ferry Terminal (Harbour Bay / Batam Centre).
- 12:00 PM: Arrive at Kiki Traditional Jetty and check in for boat transfer.
- 01:00 PM: Boat departs to Kiki Beach Island Resort (approx. 20-minute ride).
- 01:30 PM: Welcome drinks and resort briefing upon arrival.

General Policy & Validity
- Package valid until end of June 2026.
- Above rate valid for minimum 20 persons, based on 10 rooms (sharing occupancy: 2 persons per room).
- Rates apply for weekdays only; Weekend (Saturday) surcharge: IDR 150,000 per person.
- Public Holiday surcharge: IDR 650,000 per room per night.
- All Kiki Nature daily activities are subject to weather conditions.
Boat Schedule & Transfers
- Kiki provides one scheduled boat transfer per day.
- Requests for an additional boat schedule are subject to surcharge: IDR 1,500,000 (one way, max 15 pax).
Prohibition
- No outside food & beverage allowed.
- No portable stove allowed.
- No animals allowed.
- No durian allowed (hand-carry snacks are allowed).
Remarks & Cancellation
- Full payment must be completed 3 days before check-in.
- Reschedule requests must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- Reschedule is only valid for 1 month from the original check-in date.
