How do I get to the resort?
Kiki Beach Island Resort sits on a private island. You can reach it only by the official Kiki Ferry from our jetty at Cita Rasa Seafood Restaurant, Sembulang. For safety and coordination, we do not allow private boats.
How do I book the ferry?
You choose your ferry time when you book your room. Since seats are limited, the ferry booking is confirmed together with your accommodation. If you are unsure, simply contact Reservations before making payment.
What is the ferry schedule?
Sea conditions may affect timings, but the standard schedule is:

We send final timing in your pre-arrival message. Please arrive at the jetty 30 minutes early.
What if I miss my ferry?
If you miss it, alternatives are not guaranteed. We may arrange a special transfer, but only if available and with an extra charge. Arrive early to avoid delays.
What happens during bad weather?
When the sea is unsafe, departures may be delayed or rescheduled. We will help you choose the next safe timing. If needed, you can stay near the jetty at your own cost.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 1:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out aren’t possible due to ferry timing and room turnover.
Can I leave the island mid-stay?
No. Transfers are limited and fully controlled. Once you arrive, you stay until your scheduled return ferry.
Can I change my dates or ferry time?
Yes, as long as you request changes at least 7 days before arrival. All changes depend on room and ferry availability. Within 7 days, we cannot make adjustments.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 7 days before arrival: You may change dates. No refunds.
Within 7 days or no-show: Full charges apply for room and ferry.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, or selected e-wallets depending on the platform. Full payment confirms your room and ferry seat.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No. The island has its own dining service, including beachside meals, BBQ nights, and in-room dining.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, you will find limited Wi-Fi at the reception and restaurant. Mobile coverage depends on your provider.
Is the resort family-friendly?
Yes. Many families stay with us, but you should plan around the fixed ferry times, especially when traveling with young children.
