Kiki Beach Island Resort is one of the most serene Batam beach resorts, offering a quiet escape ideal for private vacations, family stays, romantic getaways, and private honeymoons. This page outlines the official booking terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay at Kiki Beach Island Resort.
1. Rates and Validity
- All room rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are valid until 31 March 2026 at Kiki Beach Island Resort.
- Rates apply to all market segments, including guests seeking overwater villa stays, beachfront getaways, and private honeymoon trips.
- Weekday: Sunday–Thursday
- Weekend: Friday–Saturday and public holidays.
- Public Holiday Surcharge: IDR 350,000/room/night during:
- 24–27 December 2025 (Christmas)
- 31 December 2025 (New Year)
- 16–21 February 2026 (Chinese New Year)
- 19–21 March 2025 (Hari Raya Idul Fitri)
2. Room Capacity and Extra Person Policy
Villa Rooms (Sea Villa, Lagoon Villa, Kiki Suite): Cocok untuk tamu yang ingin menikmati Batam resort with beach, retreat tenang, atau lagoon activities seperti kayaking & paddle board.
- Standard rate covers 2 persons (adult/child).
- Maximum occupancy: 5 persons
- Up to 2 extra beds + 1 child without bed.
- Extra Charges:
- Child (4–11 years, no bed): IDR 250,000/night
- Extra adult (with bed): IDR 500,000/night
- Infant (0–3 years): Free (shares bed and meals with parents)
- All villas feature King-size beds.
Treehouse Lodge: Pilihan ideal untuk family stay yang ingin pengalaman unik di tengah alam.
- Standard occupancy: 4 persons (adult/child).
- Configuration: Bunk bed (4-bedder).
- Maximum: 4 + 1 infant (no additional bed allowed).
3. Inclusions
Room rates include:
- 2-way boat transfer (Kiki Traditional Jetty ↔ Kiki Beach Resort)
- Welcome drink upon arrival
- Daily breakfast
- 24-hour internet access
- Mineral water (2–4 bottles/day)
- In-room coffee & tea
- Unlimited participation in daily Kiki on the Beach activities:
- Swimming at Kiki Blue Lagoon
- Jetty fishing (bait excluded)
- Tidal walk
- Jungle trekking
- Night hermit crab hunt
- Soccer, volleyball, frisbee golf, kids’ sand toys
(Outdoor activities subject to weather.)
4. Resort Policies
- Check-in: 1:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability.
- Boat Transfers:
- Jetty → Resort: 1:00 PM
- Resort → Jetty: 11:00 AM
- Arrive at jetty 30 minutes before departure.
- No outside food, alcohol, portable stove, or pets allowed.
- Guests fishing with personal gear are not allowed to bring, clean, or cook seafood in villas.
5. Payment & Reservation Policy
- Full payment is required to confirm booking.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Confirmation is issued once payment is received.
6. Cancellation & No-Show
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.
- Cancellation made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
- Early departures will be charged for the full stay.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
- The resort is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or loss due to weather, sea conditions, or force majeure events.
- Guests must comply with resort safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
- The resort may alter or suspend activities due to weather or safety concerns.
