These Kiki Activity Terms & Conditions govern all bookings for adventure trips and supplemental activities offered by Kiki Beach Island Resort. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking; by proceeding, you agree to be bound by these Kiki Activity Terms & Conditions.
Activity Booking & Payment Terms
- Pre-Booking Requirement: All Adventure Trips (Mangrove Tour, Hopping Island Tour, Fishing Tours) require advance booking and payment via the website booking system.
- Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Reservations are not secured until payment is received.
- Pricing: All prices are as listed in the activity menu and are subject to change without prior notice. The listed package price covers the minimum stated number of guests (e.g., 4 persons).
- Extra Person Charge: Additional fees apply per person exceeding the package capacity (e.g., IDR 350,000 per extra person).
- Hotel Extras (Note): Supplementary charges (e.g., resort surcharges, special requests) are not included in the activity price unless explicitly stated.
Activity Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made directly to the resort staff.
- General Rule (Based on Resort Policy):
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before the scheduled activity: 100% refund.
- Cancellation made 3–6 days before the scheduled activity: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours or No-Show: No refund (0%).
- Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for early termination of the activity package by the client.
- Refund Processing Time:
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Safety Guidelines and Weather Policy
- Weather Dependency: All outdoor activities (including boating and fishing tours) are strictly subject to weather and sea conditions.
- Resort’s Right to Cancel: Kiki Beach Island Resort reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter any activity/tour due to inclement weather, poor sea conditions, or other factors deemed unsafe by the resort staff.
- Rebooking/Refund: If the resort cancels an activity due to weather, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that specific activity.
- Safety Compliance: Guests must comply with all resort safety rules and guide instructions at all times. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
General Policy (Personal Responsibility)
- Prohibited Items: Guests fishing with personal gear are not allowed to bring, clean, or cook seafood in the villas.
- Personal Responsibility: The resort is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or loss due to force majeure events (e.g., severe weather).
